I gotta say, our stay at this newly renovated hotel was totally worth the money. The room was super comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The location was spot on, right by the waterfront and close to some amazing restaurants. The staff treated us like VIPs and made us feel right at home.

Okay, the hotel breakfast could have been better. Just needed a bit more variety and options.

This is a pretty and beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and affable and you can park your car nearby. The location it offers is excellent, so close to the beach, restaurants and a quaint church, and the center of town. Also, Chiesa di Santo Stefano is just a short distance away. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is amazing.

The emotional showers, or the incredible water jets that rebalance your body temperature, were a unique and refreshing experience. It was like nothing we've ever tried before! The whole family loved it and it added a special touch to our stay.

My children wanted a larger play area for kids.

The staff, especially Fabrizio, were great and always willing to help. The continental breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and varied. The included minibar was a nice touch. The valet parking service was convenient and efficient. The renovated building has a fresh and modern design. Dogana Resort is a perfect spot with excellent facilities and a prime location.

Here is my review of the 5-star venue. This hotel is unbelievably extravagant with all its exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre and its Jacuzzi are a must-try to feel pampered, and the restaurant serves the most exquisite food paired with a fantastic selection of wine. My morning breakfast in my large room was a real treat, and the bar/lounge area had me enjoying my snacks and cocktails without any interruptions. Convenient packed lunches and special diet menus were a plus, and location advantages made it easy for me to explore the beautiful area.

There is one minor issue that affected my stay. The sauna was unavailable during my visit, which was a disappointment.

Not obvious to find.

Spent Easter weekend in a 5-star hotel. the staff was friendly and the room spacious. Really enjoyed the mini-bar being included. Had a great time at the spa even though it was small. the design of the building was really beautiful, perfectly combining original features with modern decor.

The room cleanliness was not up to scratch. Found a few crumbs and the shower wasn't as good as you'd expect for this type of hotel.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with superb sea views. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to guests. Delicious food options available, even for late-night arrivals. An unforgettable experience in a stunning location.
